SHIPPING & RETURNS
We conduct rigorous inspections and meticulously package all items before dispatch. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, kindly reach out to us for a discussion within 7 days of receiving your order. We are ready to discuss an exchange or arrange for the repair of the item. It's important to note that items showing signs of damage due to normal wear and tear are not classified as faulty.
SHIPPING
Heaven’s Blessings utilises Australia Post for their delivery service. Time frame can vary depending on items ordered, quantity and peak event periods. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 days of purchase. Personalised items may take 7-14 working days to dispatch. For urgent orders please contact us via email contact@heavensblessings.com.au
Please allow for weekends and public holidays and remember to add extra time during peak postage and holiday periods, such as the lead up to Christmas.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. Heaven’s Blessings accepts no responsibility once your order has been dispatched.
PICK UP / DELIVERY
We also offer pick up from Leppington or a small fee for local delivery within 10kms of post code 2179. We strongly encourage local pick up or delivery for our personalised keepsake boxes as they can be quite fragile. Please contact us if you would like your personalised keepsake box mailed out to you.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. You should receive your delivery within 1-2 business days (after dispatch) for express post with the exception of delays in high demand times such as Christmas. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and all orders must be paid for in full (including shipping cost) prior to collection or dispatch.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please make your selections thoughtfully, as we do not provide refunds, except in the case of faulty items. According to Australian consumer law, refunds are not available for a change of mind provided we can fulfil your order by the occasion date specified upon ordering. Refunds are also not applicable if you postpone or cancel an event entirely due to unforeseen circumstances, including government restrictions. Please note if refunds are processed on orders processed using PayPal or Credit card there will be a 4% charge of the amount being refunded as PayPal and credit card providers no longer refund the fee charged for using their service.
In the event of an incorrect size purchase, we can organise an exchange or provide a credit note equivalent to the value of the items purchased (excluding delivery charges) if you contact us regarding the return within 7 days of receiving the parcel. For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unworn, unused, and include all tags and parts. If the product is determined to be in used condition, it will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs. Subsequent delivery charges for all exchange items will apply.
We regret that we cannot accommodate returns based on a "change of mind" for our custom christening wear, personalised boxes and/or accessories. As these items are unique and custom to you we will not be able to resell them. Please note that all items on sale are considered final sales.
